Are there refunds in the event of inclement weather?
No, there are no refunds or rain checks. Poor weather conditions are out of our control. Please check the weather forecast before coming out and dress accordingly. We will however, do our very best to keep things fun and might possibly substitute indoor activities if needed.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, all children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
Is Wagner's Tree Farm wheelchair accessible?
The majority of Wagner's Tree Farm is on unpaved farm ground, but we do our very best to make our events as accessible to all our guests as possible. The area around the barn, shed, and gift shop is paved and wheelchairs and strollers can be brought on the premises, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots. The trails are groomed grass and include small inclines that could be somewhat difficult to push in some areas.
Are pets allowed?
Although we are huge animal lovers, pets are not allowed on the farm, with the exception of service dogs and our twice-yearly pet designated events. In these cases, we ask that your dog be kept on a leash and you please clean up after any messes.
Can I bring in alcohol?
We do not allow alcohol to be brought in.
Can I smoke on the farm?
No smoking or e-cigs are allowed. There are trees, woodchips, straw and other flammable decorations all over the farm. We want to make an enjoyable and safe experience for all our guests!
